Tomato Soup – Hot and Moist Temperament
This delightful recipe begins with 1 cup of succulent cubed chicken fillets, creating a protein-rich foundation to nourish your body. Sauteed to perfection in 1 tbsp of olive oil, the chicken develops a mouthwatering tenderness. To infuse a gentle heat, we introduce either a green chili or a dry red chili, and elevate the flavors with ½ tsp of cumin seeds, enhancing the essence of hot temperaments. The soup embraces the tangy allure of 2-3 pureed tomatoes and ½ cup of tomato puree, adding a refreshing twist. To intensify the flavors, we incorporate 1-2 cloves of garlic and ½ tsp of crushed or powdered red chilies, creating a symphony of tastes that resonate with your temperament. Seasoned with salt, a pinch of oregano or white pepper, and the aromatic touch of 3 basil leaves, the soup achieves a perfect balance. Embrace the comforting warmth of 1 liter of boiling water, nurturing your hot temperament. Finally, the soup is enriched with 1 cup of chopped watercress, imparting a cooling element that complements your moist temperament.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text][aiovg_video id=2453][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
