  1. Saute onions and green pepper in 2 tbls butter until onions are slightly transparent
  2. Allow to cool and mix all other ingredients adding the cheese in last
  3. Spread mixture into a greased oven dish

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a pan on the stove

  1. Season the hake with salt, lemon pepper, peri-peri sauce, garlic, lemon juice and half the parsley. Place in a casserole dish.
